I did it! 50k words in 30 days! Yay! I haven't posted any of it yet because it's so garbled. I did get a lot better with Dragon, tho. So even if I never edit it into anything, I've already gained so much from the experience.

I am trying to prepare for NaNoWriMo, but my Dragon isn't cooperating! Grrr! I've called a resource at the U, but she hasn't responded, and I need help now. Frustrated.

Life has taken another turn. I'm currently caring for my adult daughter and her five-year-old son. This is making writing difficult. I'm hoping to get back to work on my novel this Memorial Day weekend. That involves a new sound card for Dragon, and possibly a new monitor. We'll see.
