| Wow, today's my WDC Anniversary. It's been 3 years. I think my only regret is not being able to be more active here. I love WDC and I miss writing a lot, but my health and life in general has not allowed me much time or energy to pursue my muse. Here's hoping this next year improves. | |
| I deal with my limited time and energy by wearing a small pad and pen in my waist pouch so that when my muse turns herself on, I can take dictation wherever I am. The result is that I have dozens of little books jammed into my desk area, but the joy of finding one outweighs the mess of the numerous little books in my life! Best to you as you figure out how to make all of this fit, and still have time to sleep and eat too! | |
| Thanks Giselle and Jenny for the words of encouragement. It feels like my muse has ditched me, but I do keep my laptop with me all the time so I keep hoping that something will spark my brain. | |

| The holiday season promotes a heightened sense of community. It draws our chins up and helps us look above and over the limiting fence of our own events, activities and preoccupations. The opportunity for a heroic gesture can tap you quietly on the shoulder in the midst of a holiday bustle. If you are attentive you will notice the gentle touch and will be able to respond. | Thanks for stopping by! I'm so happy you like my ducky raffle! I'll be processing orders on Friday. My husband definitely has most of my heart. WDC has the rest of it. lol! Happy WDC birthday to you too! | |
| Hello, my wonderful "Work In Progress" buddy. Just want to say how much your Keep Writing and Keep Revising Challenges helped me over the past year. | |
| I'm so glad I was able to help you with those activities. | |
| Thank you for reminding me about the 10th anniversary. Regretfully, I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time to participate in the celebration. Maybe next year! This morning I began writing chapter 11 of my new story, "The Veils of Gallia." Starting a new novel, or even a novella, always is a lot of fun as I wait to see what adventures my characters will take me on. | |
| Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't done many of the activities, but it was fun to post balloons in people's notebooks. Good luck with your new novel!! Starting something new is always fun. It's the revising that always so hard. Thanks for stopping by and take care! | |
| Happy 10th to you, too, Silva, and thanks for the visit. | |
| You're welcome, Joy! Thanks for stopping by here. | |
| I'm only human and I do my best, but in the end, I can only do what I can do. | |
| Hey! Haven't bought a ducky lately. Waiting for it to begun again. Hope you are doing great, Sarah! Happy WDC Birthday | |
| It should be up and running now! Thanks for the scribble and reminding me to get my act in gear. lol! | |
| God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. | |
