Citizenship Quiz
        by Special Kay  (mkay@Writing.Com)
I work with a woman who is a resident alien, but periodically entertains the idea of applying for US Citizenship. She has gotten as far as studying for the test a couple of times, and brought testing materials in to work.

I was somewhat surprised to learn how many people in my office did not know the information for the Citizenship test. Most of them did not think they could pass the test. It made me curious and I wrote this quiz to see how well we know our stuff.

For example, did you know that September 17th is Citizenship day?

In 1952, President Harry Truman signed a bill establishing September 17 as Citizenship Day. Why September 17th? Because the U.S. Constitution was signed on September 17, 1787
