The Plastic Fantastic
~~The saga of plastic~~

Some time before me,
It came to be.
It now leaves itself in refuse
For all to ignore but see.

When Dustin Hoffman
Was a young man
Mr. Robinson said
Use your head:

"Plastic!
That's the future young man!"

Better look out,
Before the future's done.

Now it sets
Beside the road,
Everyone's trash cans
Add to tons to the load.

Darn that planet
It doesn't have a garbage cup.
We ought to learn to recycle
Before it fills earth up.
