Through the Dark
There is beauty in the night.

Through the Dark

Night's darkness has come and
Rhinestones stud a velvet sky.
As one pale opal moves, ever so
Slowly, from east to west
A katydid choir sings
And crickets play their violins,
Celebrating another sultry
Summer night.
