I would always say, "I doubt us".
You would always say, "We can be".
I would always see the darkened clouds,
You would see the Sun shining over me.

You would always find the Stars above.
I'd always have my eyes closed so tight.
You would always pry them open wide,
I would always let you past my pride.

Never could I be without you,
Never would I want to be.
Always I will want to see us,
Together for eternity.

You would always paint the Songbird.
I would always write the words I heard.
