My son watches over his first baby, Sarah.

Down at her

He kisses
Her little nose

Gently
He brushes
Back her hair

Lovingly
He covers
Her back up

Reverently
He prays
Bless this child

Noiselessly
He departs
Out the door

Nightly
He watches
His baby girl
