About This Newsletter:
It is our attitude at the beginning of a different undertaking which, more than anything else, will determine its outcome. ~William James Life is a blend of laughter and tears, a combination of rain and sunshine. ~Norman Vincent Peale Five "C's" of fiction: convincing characters caught in compelling conflict. ~Brandy Collins From the Editor: When you think of Drama, what writing form immediately comes to mind? Poetry? No? It should be at the top of the list. Poetry is often a mixture of imagery and emotion. What is Drama but emotion? Through our poetry, we often deal with our most intimate emotions-love When you read, or even write a poem, you should be made to feel something. Poetry is something we often all can relate with in some way or another. We each take our own experiences with us when we read. My picks this month are poems that caused me to feel. I hope you enjoy them as well! See you all next month! Nikola ![]() Editor's Picks:
