A Breath of Poetry
A short poem for entertainment

The rain brings mood, a special peace.
A special peace, for me to breathe.

To breathe the life, the breath it needs.
The breath it needs, for souls to please.

So read the rhymes, if rhymes you find.
Define a rhyme, you'll trap your mind.

What's on your heart, I want to know.
Tell me, I'll listen, I'll start to grow.

Don't please my ears, just please my soul.
Poetry's free, and rhymes control.

This, for me, is the breath I give.
This is the mood that rain brings with.

Breath to me poetry, for poetry lives.
