On Angel's Breath

She whispered fears on Angel's breath,
A tale of tears as he neared his quest.
They parted ways like those before,
What could he say, he was off to war.

She sings his name in true love song,
His image remains, she'll not wait long.
In silent nights, she'll pray for him,
On an Angel's breath, she'll kiss the wind.
