Who goes there?

Here we are/
not far along now.

Seeing what is not shown,
grasping,
barely feeling much of anything;
almost knowing enough to know whether it is enough.

Who are we to say what's going on?

What about
'Why is it?' and 'Where to?'

All of us...
Privately poised on our precipice,
perhaps unusually persistent in our patience,

where are we going from here?

And, who's going there?
