Just a cage...
A poem about feeling trapped

This item has no ratings.
I sit in the pouring rain, tears running down my face.
I just want to run away, find that one special place.
Where I don't have to pretend,
Where all my wounds will mend.
I want to feel like I'm home,
Want to be free to roam.
I feel like I'm in a cage,
A cage where I can only age.
There's more sorrow, than one can consent
as I break free, into the sunset.
