Glistening!
A Septet on Winter's first snowfall. (my first attempt)

Glistening
New fallen snow is
What I awaken to on
A bright December morning. Pristine
And silent in frigid air.
An icy blanket
Nature’s thrown.

Breathtaking,
Seen through frosted glass.
My young heart soaring with glee!
Though Nature has done her winter deed,
And she has done it so well,
This also means no
School for me!
