As the Rain Pours
This is a piece I had to do for school my junior year of high school.

As the rain pours down,
Memories twirl around
Pain starts to subside
As thoughts abound

Darkness starts to set,
And memories begin to let
Vision is denied
As the rain pours down,
One thinks of unpaid debt

Time slows
Then pain grows
As the rain pours,
There go miserable loads

Emotions fade,
As the rain pours
Blood is found on the bedroom floor

As the rain pours,
Death is found.

As the rain pours
Pain is washing away
One awakes from their troubled dream

The door is opened
And all seems right
One feels alone amidst the light
Emotions flow away
As the rain pours.
