A destructive career.
Toes curled over the pier. Heart beating with fear Of words too sincere. Helpless dark atmosphere; Downed with amber beer Pretending forced cheer While hiding another tear. Anger will volunteer Meanness so cavalier. Sharp tongues sting and steer Toward the uncharted frontier. Retreat. Disappear. The collapse so near A solution unclear From a destructive career.
