You know who I am,
You've seen me before.
When you're down and out,
that's when I walk thru the door.

I'm Despair, Depression,
I have so many names.
I've been called everything
and I know all the low-down dirty games.

You'll try to fight me
with doctors and pills.
It won't work, and then what?
You'll just be another of my confirmed kills.

Youll never win.
I'm way too good.
Youre, what? 16-17?
I've got a lot more years under my hood.

Its futile, give up.
Nobody cares anyway.
You'll fight me all of your life,
but you're still gonna lose someday.
