In moments of silence
I just sit down and look outside
I look outside this window
To watch the last sunrise
Today is the day that i say
My complete goodbye
To a love that was never true
To a lover that made me cry
Maybe it was never meant to be
But I tried not to think of it
I tried not to look at what i didnt want to see
Maybe he loved me
I know he cares
On the other side of the room
I know I am getting a stare
i think I am just an attraction
Like this sunrise
Hopefully one day he will forget her
And give me a surprise
My goodbyes are never lasting
I always say it
But I cant deny
The is the lie
That I tell to all
That gave you this goodbye
