To everyone else
I seem normal

They don't see the pain
The darkness within

It follows me everywhere
My own hidden shadow
Haunting
Waiting for release
From the prison of my body

An escape I must fight
For death is the only way
To end the torment
But I am not ready

It's not that time
So I suffer this plague
