"Fall"
Falling in love, falling in lust.

I long to fall
without grace
and without reason
Fall like red and orange
leaves
into calm pools

Green eyes
and brown eyes
over and over
like Crimson and Clover
and a thousand other refferances to songs
I've never heard

There are times
when the absolution
just isn't enough
and the bottom of the
bottle won't save
your soul
These are the moments
when you need
to L E T G O
of the fraying rope
of reason
lean back from the platform
and just
F
A
L
L

Fall from grace
Fall from forgiveness
Fall in love
and fall to your knees
Just to beg to do it all
over again

"And everywhere there was water"
"Shut out the outside world
"Ride out the storm"
