I fall in love at the drop of rain.
It starts as a spattering spray on the sidewalk. Then quickly, suddenly, pours down. Soaking, drenching, consuming my body and soul. Water drops flying into my eyes blinding me to the world around myself. The downpour casades upon me Harder and Harder Until I am trembling, shivering shaking with seizures in the flood Chilled to the core of my being Drowning in the river of love. Until I taste the rainbow sweet and filling. And then... as suddenly as the storm arose it blows away. Drip Drop Drizzle Drip Drip The shower passes As does my love Until The next unexpected drop of rain.
