Another Verse
By Dan Adams Now I lay down to dream of you, Of all the things we said we'd do, And have now done, with so much touch, Revealing, love and lovers lust. We gave our inner lust a voice, A simple kiss, a tacit choice, Then I was lost within the sway, Of eyes that wash good sense away. If I was wrong I've no regret, I only hear my lust's desire, To mix with you and sing again, Another verse of passion's fire.
