COLOR ME GREEN
A Year Full of Holidays!

Color me green, for St. Patrick's Day,
Now that Valentine's Day has past!
It won't be long until another holiday
for the seasons never do last -

SPRING with it's flowers
blooming with beauty abound,
with skies of the clearest blue
and Easter eggs hidden around!

Bring out the colors and remember
on Memorial Day, those who serve!{c}
and remember, on the Fourth of July
It's Freedom that we love and deserve!

On Labor Day, put the work away{c}
and enjoy the beginning of Fall!
On Halloween you can dress as a Queen
Or a monster who lives down the hall.

Thanksgiving Day is not that far away,
the time of the Harvest is near!
then prepare for Christmas - it's coming
and the shopping days are fewer, I fear!

Light up the sky with fireworks,
and I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
How quickly the holidays pass in review,
but one thing I must make very clear:

Valentine's Day is for lovers, I know
and once that is over (no rush I mean),
Just bring out the Shamrocks and toast
all things Irish (I'm lovin' the Blarney!}
and for the sake of St. Patrick -
for Heaven'sake, COLOR ME GREEN!
