Poem about a feeling of being alone

Alone

All alone
The Silent hush
In a room full of people
A noiseless tone
A twilight zone
As weird as it may seem
You swear it's not a dream
Concentrating on a sound
Naught but deafness all around
Lost in my thought
Finding what I sought
Snap back to reality
The pull of gravity
The room starts to spin
Slowly closing in
I open my eyes
To a sad surmise
I'm Still
All
Alone
