Living life by your own value system is the best way to live without regrets .... but also with a limited amount of support.

Just how much is your free, unfettered mind worth to you? Are you willing to go up against all adversaries and fight in all arenas? To believe in yourself and continue to fight on even when others think that you are wrong, naive, or even crazy. To concede to failure and humilation, but never against your own truth.

I believe that the best things that we purchase in this life are the things that we buy with our own blood. But, what if, after giving such blood, you get, neither praise nor even peace, but solicitations for more. Would you open your vein again, or would you consent to buy a cheaper product?

Many consent to this kind of a bargain, and so live out their lives in the middle of mankind, touched by neither great joy nor great sadness.

The men that change the world live at its extremities and risk everything. They know that they bargain with their blood and for such a sacrifice they could get, at the very least, obscurity, at the very most, ostracism.

Yet, there is the chance, the glorious chance, that they might actually change things. It is this chance that drives them. An opportunity that is not available to the meeker men of the world.
