It pulls me in, the not so peaceful sleep
Dark in nature, pain just around the bend A wayward dream throughout the night Sinful vision without an end I feel someone’s breath and a touch Pressure from a body but no one is in sight Sinful vision without an end A wayward dream throughout the night What to do, I don’t want to do this Hands that aren’t really there begin to descend A wayward dream throughout the night Sinful vision without an end Now wrapped around my neck, choking Against these invisible forces I struggle to fight Sinful vision without an end A wayward dream throughout the night Need to escape, pull myself from this hallucination Running out of energy, no more ways to defend A wayward dream throughout the night Sinful vision without an end Usually I break free but it gets harder With each dream diminishes the light Sinful vision without an end A wayward dream throughout the night One day I may not awake from this nightmare The pain a pressure, raped, I can’t comprehend A wayward dream throughout the night Sinful vision without an end
