No-one seems to see my tears
No-one seems to care Alone now I must face my fears This burden I must bear My heart has been locked away To her I gave the key Without her here by my side I’m not fully me Is this love I’m feeling? Or is it merely lust She is with another My dreams reduced to dust Why can’t I get over her? For that’s what I must do Else this life I must end And begin again anew She may never fall for me This much now I know Life is precious, prized and dear But life I must forego ‘till the day I’m over her I’ll do all I can To help her see the real me To see the real man
