RESURRECTION MORNING Why weepest thou? Today the whole world sings! With rosy buds bare dead branches swell; The mold gives birth to surging life below. The blackened leaves which last cold Autumn fell wear on their breast sweet blossoms white as snow The Earth still sings of resurrection power as she has sung for twice a thousand springs.. Death cannot hold our God, or us, or ours! Why weepest thou? The choir of Heaven sings!
