Poised to Propel
Interdisciplinary measures should seek Not only to meld flavors together But to forge new flavors altogether And to enjoy at one’s discretion The synthesis of varified thought processes Chemically bonding new substances, The diversity of which confronts the mind, Not out of some aggravated disagreement Of conjecture not thought of before This time of reasoning, But to pinpoint the ideas of The moment that awaits us now, Where new information sits Poised to propel us into a future That changes the shape of things to come And gives us a new reason to believe That things will be better tomorrow.
