WITH SETTING SUN Folly of youth, The days pass fast But built on truth Will ever last. ~ They will not cry But always smile, Or at least try For a long while. ~ It was as fine In times of love As the sunshine, Born from above. ~ This love, so shared Would always last; The way they cared, A lifetime passed. ~ They said goodbye, Their time was done But would not cry- With setting sun. 4/9/06 Monty 4 syllable line count
