Birthday Thoughts by Marilyn Mackenzie Aren't we supposed to get wiser as we grow older?
I learned so much. In fifty-four years. I learned so much Through smiles and tears. I learned about men ‘Bout nature and God. I learned and I learned, But isn’t it odd? How much I forgot? ***************** There's nothing new under the sun... For only God can make a tree And only God can comfort me. How could I forget?
