WHOSE JOB IS IT?

Why are we here, and what can we do about it? Good questions, and these questions do have an answer. Now if you ever believed anything you had better believe you will not hear our system give you the answers I am about to give you. I say this because what I am going to tell you does not require some top heavy, resource guzzling bureaucracy prospering at your expense.

Health care is eroding, retirement funds are terminating, Social Security will not even support your eating expenses, gas prices are climbing, our schools are in chaos, and Government ethics are exposed as being of the lowest order. We have thirty-five million Americans at or below the poverty level, and American children are starving to death. Our historical approach has been to throw money at this, and hope it will go away. If your nation does not value you, it comes to pass you do not value yourself. We take this in stride as if we are marionettes waiting for our strings to be yanked. When anyone says we should do something about it, we bow our heads and mumble, “You can’t fight big government or big business.” This then is a portrait of where we are, and I will clarify why by simply stating, “You cannot pay somebody else to be responsible for your life.” Let us face facts, only martyrs and saints put others benefits before their own needs, and both of these designations are in short supply.

Now, let us suppose you will give me the above points, but you ask, “Okay this is true, however, what do you think we can do about it?” Thank you, I was hoping you would ask. Let me begin by stating an obvious, starting point, answer, “We are each one responsible for the world we inhabit.” What this implies I will clarify by saying, “It is your job.” You, and your family’s future is your responsibility, and any other path will lead right back to the situation where we currently find ourselves.

If you truly want a workable solution then read on. I warn you I am going to say some very controversial things, and you must get through these things, intact, before you will be handed a solution, so simple and logical you will be amazed. Two-hundred, and thirty years of the S.O.S., and I submit it is time for a new paradigm. One that shall, forever, care for you and your family’s well being. I will go out on a limb, and claim that what I will say is the way it should have always been, and it is time to make it that way now.

Okay, now for the controversy, “In all economic systems to date, only two conditions exist for their functioning. Those conditions are,
‘Slavery and owners.’” This statement is based on the reality that if you are not a genuine owner of capital resources, you are required to work for those who are. If you pickup a dictionary and read the definition of slavery, I, for one, can find nothing in that definition which does not apply to this condition of work. Early in our history this disparity was glaringly apparent, and this gave rise to the Unionization movement. This movement was successful in winning grudgingly given improvement. However, these improvements were not universal, or equal in all areas of business. Today we are discovering these hard won advances are the very thing, which is bringing American industry to it’s knees. In fact when examined I contend they are a validation of the quote, “You cannot pay somebody else to responsible for your life.” Therefore it is imperative we examine the concept, “It is your job.” In-order to adjust for these facts we must achieve two primary factors; One: you must elevate your condition to that of owners of captital resources, and, Two: by doing this you must secure the future for you and your lineage.

Believe me when I say I understand completely what a daunting statement this appears to be, however, I shall demonstrate that is not the case. In fact the accomplishment of these goals is far more simple than has ever been imagined
How this is to be done is only possible due to the magical founding of America. I say magical because this event opened a door never before available to humankind, and by stepping through that invisible door our lives can be forever changed to the status of owners. Freedom granted, freedom given, some man trying to do our living, let us make that a joke for those who so see. For freedom lives inside of we, not a gift for them to give, but ours to claim by how we live.

The polictically correct freedoms, granted in our founding, that make this possible is the right of private ownership, and free enterprise. History has shown one fact clearly, and that is freedom is a two edged sword. True freedom consists of both political, and financial factors. Without addressing these truths, freedom for the majority, has yet to exist.

So now, how do we claim our freedom? I contend this must be done by establishing a set of new rights, which shall be set in place for every citizen of this country. These rights address the basic humane values, or neccessities for existance. The right of decent sustenance, the right of equal medical care, the right of equal education, the right to shelter, and the right to resources of this nation for the advancement of your family’s future. These should have always been rights guranteed to the citizens of this wonderful nation. Poverty can be abolished, or brought to its lowest value in one generation by meeting these rights, and there is a fair and honorable way this can be done.

This cannot be accomplished by a give away program, it can only be achieved by the expedient of claiming these rights, and enacting an honorable solution to the economic disparity now in existance. Less than five percent of the population controls niney percent of the wealth of the world. A slight restructuring of these percentages is in order for humane values to rule. Now, I contend this is the only way to achieve any form of parity for humankind, and further I say this can be done with, or without their approval. Competition, the life blood of business gives us the advantage for achieving this goal, and it is free enterprise. If we restructure these percentages to the following values, we leave plenty of incentitive for the advancement of humanity. Thirty percent to be available for this five percent, and seventy percent to be distributed to the ninety-five percent of humanity remaining. This distribution then offers great opportunity for all to have the rights I have outlined.

Methodology: Precisely how is this to be accomplished without total and complete anarchy. Free enterprise, and private ownership, as previously stated, is the open door available for this goal.

We are the government, and we are the foundation upon who’s backs rest the entire economy of the world, and it is time we are acknowledged for this fact. I tell you it is time to forego the Union approach, and join the ranks of owners. Envision the founding of a, “Neighborhood,” enterprise, one which funnels the profit of its functioning into your pockets. I have chosen Insurance as the first of these enterprises due to it being a required commodity, and highly profitable. Consider what happens if one-hundred-thousand people unite, and start their own insurance company. This can be done for the monthly cost of a pizza, or twenty dollars. This money is used to incorporate and establish a, “Neighbor Insurance Enterprise.” Every person owns one share of stock, with nobody owning any more than that amount. You continue paying the same amount that you currently pay, however at the end of each year the profits are returned to your retirement account. This is done on the basis of the corporate profit percentage being applied to your cost and given back for your future security. Imagine the amount you will have acquired over your lifetime of participation. Further can you imagine how fast this will grow to be the largest insurance company in the world. Regardless of the number of members there is no dilution of individual profits, because each person’s earning is based only on their participation. One more thought and then I will leave this concept for you to consider.

Imagine your financial position if we take this concept into the world of banking. Imagine an honorable bank, for a change, and just imagine your financial position, from the profit of financing your home with your own bank. Now understand these enterprises will require the same employees, and effort currently in existance, so after the initial power change our economic situation should be quite solid. This effort will provide the following benefits to our Nation. “The more money in hands of a broad base of the citizenship, the stronger the economy of a nation. The stronger the economy of a nation, it follows, the stronger is that nation.” Oh, I have much more to say about this concepts formation, however, for now I will leave it for you to think about, and do the math yourselves.
