Waters of Colors

You beautify the night
like nothing I've ever seen
You cause the grownups to
become expansive and
the little children to beam.

They marvel at your beauty
as you tumble over the Falls
dazzled by your breath-taking sight
and your spectacular rainbow walls.

Walls of Red, violet orange , and green
illuminate the night as all stand
helplessly by not wanting to leave your sight.

Honeymooners and lovers
come from near and far
to gaze upon your waters
and to leave heart-to-heart.

The whole world has heard of you
and wishes for the chance
to look upon your beauty
and maybe a little romance.

Your gushes of waters cleanses
the mind, body, and soul and
the mist from you carries us off
to a land of mysteries untold.

The time is drawing near for us
to go our separate ways, but
we'll tell all that we see
of the friendships that we made.

We'll tell of your waters,
and the beauty that you possess
We'll tell of your colors
that put our hearts at rest.
