Healing My Heart
Writer's Cramp: a Shakespearean Sonnet about being heart-broken.

The sun sets once again without struggle,
Taking with it the darkness of my soul.
Woe is this emptiness that brings trouble
For without her I will never be whole.

Glancing at the moon thoughts go towards her,
Wondering if she still felt love for me
But knowing that it would never occur.
Pain and tears, a sad weeping willow tree.

With each blue tear, escapes a memory
Of the happy years, we shared together.
Slumber takes me away from this story
Into dreams of love and crowns of heather.

Hearts, sewn by loves’ fairy, will love again.
Rain removes the tears from my windowpane.
