Dear Charlier,
I am writing this to you with my eyes filled with tears. My name is Kayla Schealler and I am 15 years old. I live in Algona, Iowa and go to Algona High School. I didn't expect to find your letters. It just kind of happened. I was walking down the road just as I was turning to my house and I found your very first letter you ever wrote to me. This really interested me and I really wanted to get to know you. The next day I found another letter of yours. I'm the one you've been writing to and I'm the one who you don't want to get to know the real you. Charlie, these letters have opened up my heart so much and I just wish I could have been a real life friend whom you could hug or talk to. All these things you're going through is a lot on your shoulders. I mean I remember my first year as a freshmen, not the easiest thing in the world, trust me I know. I've been through and felt some of the things you have and I wish I could help you. You seem like a very emotional and great person. I love how you just speak on your mind and how you don't really care what other people think. There's one letter that's been on my mind a lot and it's the last one you ever wrote to me. Charlie, don't feel alone. You're not the only one who's going through this. I mean write to me more if you need someone to talk to because I will always listen and do my best to understand. You shouldn't let something like that bother you and you shouldn't keep something like that inside. I know right now it's hard but you will see another day!
Love Always,
Kayla
