10-8 syllable line count a-b a-b scheme,
OTHER SIDE OF NOWHERE I was on the other side of nowhere, When the Devil reached for my soul But with God’s help I left him standing there, When God made you my earthly goal. Then you gave to me Heaven here on earth, Our love had only just begun, With nobody else to judge my worth, Made me believe I was someone. Destined to grow, in time so much longer, There was no other from the start And with passing years our love grows stronger, It is buried within our hearts. I was twenty one, outside of nowhere, When I turned to the Lord above He guided my lost anguished soul from there, Replaced it with an angels love. 5/14/06 Monty
