I know I have a lot to learn,
Always areas to grow in;
But please acknowledge where I am,
Appreciate my ability,
Validate my worth and contribution
To the cause.

Let me know I am on the right track.
Recognize my skill and competence,
Appreciate the discipline
I have already put into this life.
Encourage me to do better
With gratitude for what I’ve done.
