Water It makes the grass grow greener and helps to fill the sea. Then keeps the flowers growing, part of you and part of me. It quenches thirsty workers washing dirt away. Giving life to greener meadows on a hot and sultry day. The heavens quickly open wide, and rain comes falling down, filling all the rivers and streams, soaking cracked dry ground. We cannot live without it and on it we rely. Too little leaves us starving, more leaves us when we cry. Water is what we are made of, we're water one and all. We'll need it 'til the end of time, be it glass or waterfall. ![]()
