So I figured since I saw other people out there in WDC-land having a biography of some sort I'd make one too.

This is what happens when I am let loose...I'm sorry world...

Name: Linda

B-day: I'm a child of the 80's. *Bigsmile* August 23

Location: Someplace in the U.S. of A.

Hometown: Turlock, CA (a dot in San Joaquin Valley)

Status: Intensely Involved

Family: Two sisters (I'm the oldest *Smile*)

Pets: None at the moment

Education: Going to American Military University for my B.S. in Criminal Justice. I went to Osbourne Elementary in Turlock. I spent junior high in Patterson when I moved to live with my grandparents. Then the family moved back to Turlock so I went to Turlock High School graduating June 8, 2001.

In the future: Hmm...I want to be a full time writer. Just me and my writing. That should be entertaining enough. Seems to be at the moment. I want that to be my career. I view it as a career not just a hobby. Therefore, I'm working on my career through this site. *Bigsmile*

Favorite authors/books: Sara Douglass, Terry Goodkind, J.V. Jones, Robert Jordan, Poppy Z. Brite...I know there are more out there somewhere...Carrie Vaughn, Laurell K. Hamilton...Patricia Briggs, J.R. Ward, Julie Kenner...

I love to collect books on history!! Anything Egyptian since I protray a Priestess of Bast in the SCA. I'm trying to find books on Egyptian dance, music, and textile making (tablet weaving, patterns, etc).

In my collection I have stuff on: Mythology, Bubonic Plague, Nuns (yes nuns and if you know me it makes it that much more hilarious), Ancient Egypt, Medieval England, and the Spanish Conquistadors. Something off the history subject are my books on dragonology and fairies.

What I'm trying to get my hands on: Books on metaphysical subjects (anything in this area), Native Americans (North/South America), Civil War, WWI/II, and Maps of several cities.

Why I'm a little off: I love anything vampire. I collect books and movies that deal with anything vampire. So yes anything vampire related I will track down and try to own. Note try.

I have a puppet gryphon. Yes a puppet. Not the normal hand puppet. No, this one is cool it is made of wood and feathers and has a little cord that is it's tail but controls it's head movements by a little nob on the end. I think it's pretty cool.

I have Little Mikey. Ever see Disney/Pixar's Monsters Inc? Remember Mike, the green one-eyed monster? Well he had a teddy monster (I guess you can call it) in the movie. For a short period the Disney store was selling Little Mikey's. I got one in 2001 and it has been around the world and on cruises with me. I have pictures of Mikey in Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Bahamas, Hawaii, and probably a few other places that I can't recall at the moment most of them of him laying on a hotel bed...Yes, yes I love my Mikey.

Music: Gothic/Industrial/Ethereal/EBM/Dark Wave/Dark Cabaret

Like who? Voltaire, Lacuna Coil, The Cruxshadows, :Wumpscut:, Diva Destruction, KMFDM, Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Dresden Dolls, The Cure, Icon of Coil, and others...the list can go for a very long time...

Movies: Almost anything Disney or vampire, Flash Gordon, Father of the Bride I/II, Perfect Blue, Ghost in a Shell, 13th Warrior, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Dawn of the Dead, Bio-Dome, blah-blah-blah...

Painter: Alphonse Mucha (French art nouveau late 1800s), I have two calendars of his art plus lots of reprints to hang on my office walls.

Tattoos: Yes, five.

Piercings: Yes, six...

Anything else woman!!
