Bonewaker Synopsis

A college student's family is killed while he is away at school. When the killers go free on a technicality, Rick becomes obsessed with revenge. Using his knowledge of archaeology, he researches an obscure Egyptian ritual meant to bestow invulnerability upon anyone who invokes it. Once he is done, he cannot be harmed by any earthly weapon, and takes a vicious and bloody revenge on his parents' murderers.

Unfortunately, the fine print for the ritual was lost a few thousand years ago, and Rick discovers to his dismay that he's just signed a very long contract. With the police on his tail, and Anubis demanding blood, he must flee across America, hunting the wicked to make them pay for their sins.

So begins the tale of The Bonewaker.
