Summer Solstice
Double Acrostic for the beginning of summer.

Summer - for half the year it sleeps.
Only for winter's time to go
Light coming from her sister's call
She lies across nature's plains
The solstice's locks that cascade in torrent
Into the sea, sunlight for you and I
Captivating all from the clown to the cleric
Even wicked weeds whisper 'Solstice is here'.
