IN MEMORY OF MY MOM WHO LOST HER BATTLE WITH CANCER THREE YEARS AGO

I wish I could take your pain and illness away,
I pray to God to let you live everyday.
I'd give anything I have for you to be well,
even if I went to the raging fires of hell.
That's not such a high price for me to pay;
it would be well worth it for you to stay.
Not having you around is my worst fear,
because then I'm left alone if your not here.

I'm going to be the only one left you and my dad made,
you guys last living heir,all alone and afraid.
I hope these words will give you strength,and help you fight,
my true feelings for you I had to write.
But if still you must go and do what you must do,
three last words to remember and hold dear,"I LOVE YOU."
