7th July One Year Along
One year along London is strong, will not be cowed, let terror cloud judgement. We will gain; Life will remain good. We will pray, For all those that day. For those that left, for those bereft, for those that fear, for this last year. For those that knew bombers that blew the very heart of London apart. For those who fought, for those who sought to maintain calm, keep free from harm, all affected, all connected. Let’s remember July as an ember. That grew to spark light in the dark. Hands healed, gave hope, and strength to cope, with death, with grief. Love, our relief. One year along, our London is strong.
