Crimson shards held out
in trembling hands, pieces of a hopeful heart completely willing to surrender.. Do You feel the feather's weight of my world in Your palms? All i am for You, mind, soul, forever, if You'll take it. Rock salt gems of frozen tear drops, gathered like treasures offered, ransom against yesterday and tomorrow. Do You feel the Atlas-like burden of my hope on Your shoulders? My heart smiles at the merest glimpse of You. Paintings of running dyes, dripping over memories and secrets shared, parts hidden in the deepest recesses exposed. Do You feel the sunlight and shadow of my courage on Your heart? You have seen more of me than anyone has. Days of bright blue violets, laughter, tumbling, and butterfly kisses. Nights dancing to zephyr's song, stories, falling stars, and passion. Do You feel the darkness and moonlight of my love on Your skin? The family i dream of, it is Yours. Crimson shards held out in trembling hands, pieces of a hopeful heart unwilling to concede failure. Do You feel the feather's weight of my world in Your palms?
