The Blood Flowed Lay prone thy broken heart and opened veins, the waste of shattered vows and tearful eyes. A home for tortured souls and blown out brains in sorrow's bed of dark and lonely cries. Unchain the tethered love of freedom gone, save only feelings hurt by sharpened word. There dwells the deep, festering liar's song, finding peace of mind is truly preferred. Death is the gracious host in coldest gaze missing is the warmth of a lover's fun. Silently hiding in the summer haze, all goodness lost, forever on the run. Sadness left and thy feelings to explode from the purest heart all thy blood had flowed.
