For your poem The Song that Saved Her Life which, I'm happy to say, is one of the nine finalists in the first round of the Sporadic/NonSporadic Poetry Award

She's sitting on the bed
And in her hands she holds the knife
She's thinking about everything
That's happened in her life

She thinks about the pain
And all the heartache she's gone through
How no one would even miss her
She's got nothing to lose

And then a song comes on
About how much her life is worth
The lyrics say she's special
Like no one else on earth

She gets up off the bed
And as she puts away the knife
She sings the second verse from
The song that saved her life
