The Blood Red Knight has battles to fight. Pray that he survives.

He prepares his heart: prepares his soul: from this world he may depart.

The bread is His body; the cup is His blood. He goes to where angels even fear to trod.

To slay the dragon; to kill the beast; to return a hero and be crowned king.

Through the castle gates, through the haunted woods, to the dragons’ lair on his horse they trod.

The battle starts. Blood is shed. Both of them are near the end.

An arrow loosed from sight unseen: this sacred arrow kills the beast.

Wounded and weary the Knight returns. Castle Camelot begins the feast.

He stops the feast to tell the truth. She spared the life of The Blood Red Knight.

They both were wounded and nearing death: the sacred arrow had done the rest.

She stepped forward to reveal herself, “I could not let you die without an heir!”

Arthur and Guinevere were shortly married. A champion came to keep her safe.

Lance-a-Lot du Loc is who Arthur chose. It should’ve been his son who had no woes

She was to be burned at the stake for treason. Lance-a-lot came and took her away again.

Arthur will return. Merlin will too. When England truly needs them, and before this world’s through.
