Heavenly Father, Please Snuggle Me I felt so lonely the other day; I was home with the kids And my spouse was away. I rocked the children upon my lap And when they were still Laid them down for a nap. All I could think was, how nice it would be If there was someone who could rock me. The thought quickly came, 'Someone does care, My Heavenly Father always is there.' I lay myself down and curled up my knee, "Heavenly Father, please, snuggle me!" He softly reached down And touched me with love, He lifted my spirit and took it above. He rocked me gently upon His lap And when I was still, Laid me down for a nap.
