The Sun Makes Me Sleepy by ashley23

The sun beat down on Rachel’s head as she tried to keep her eyes
slightly open. Even with her sunglasses, it was bright enough for them to
water. So, she closed them shut as Adam hummed next to her.

Their break from filming seemed to go on longer than usual that day,
but it was fine because it was warm and it was the perfect chance for
Rachel and Adam to relax. And it was even better that they found a place away
from where they were shooting and everyone.

The food that had settled in her stomach was already making her tired,
so the warm rays she was picking up made her ten times sleepier. She
yawned quietly enough for only her and Adam to hear.

He turned his head towards her and saw her drowsy face. Even though he
knew she couldn’t see him, he smiled anyways. Her face scrunched up
when she finished yawning and she sighed. Her breath blew the pollen
floating in the air away from both of their faces.

Adam kept admiring every feature on her lethargic face until she
talked. “The sun makes me sleepy,” she said, letting out another yawn.

His left dimple stuck out and he moved closer to her, wrapping his arms
around her neck. She opened her eyes and laughed at his sudden move.

“Me too,” he said agreeing with her.

She ‘hmm’ed’ a little to herself and let him hold her. There was
nothing better than him holding her. In the beginning of their relationship,
it was hard for Rachel to just let go of herself and just be. She always
had to be touching him because once they had each other; she had an
underlying fear that it was going to be lost. Not much had changed in the
physical affection department because she still had to always touch him, even
now. But now it was because she wanted to and because she needed it, not out
of fear but out of love.

His arms moved to her neck and he turned his body on his side, almost
pulling Rachel completely with him. She smiled when the strength of
his arms pulled her closer. Her body naturally turned and because her head
was lower than his, it buried into the side of his chest. Her arms
naturally wrapped around his torso and he held them. The warmness the
sun had provided mixed with Adam’s tender hold made Rachel even more
relaxed than before.

Adam kissed the top of her hot head before breaking a hand away from
its grip on her back and stroking her hair.

His fingers glided through the dark strands and he could feel Rachel
sink into his body the more he brushed it. When she started to moan
unwillingly, he laughed quietly to himself.

Rachel didn’t seem to notice, so Adam kept moving his hands through her
hair. He loved when her hair was down because he always got to take
advantage of playing with it. Usually they were so caught up and
consumed with other parts of each other; it was nice to have moments like these.

It seemed as though every time Adam brought his hand back to the top of
her head, she muttered something. He tried to understand what she was
saying, but he figured they were good enough sounds for him to keep
going.

As much non-sexual touching was happening with them on the grass,
Rachel felt like she was on a different level. Part of her wanted to sleep
and the other part of her couldn’t because it felt so good. She almost
didn’t realize her own moaning until Adam laughed a little harder and shook
Rachel’s body with his own.

She mumbled into his shoulder. “What?” She whined.

His laugh grew higher and he finally answered. “Nothing,” he said.

She giggled with him and put her head back into his shoulder, breathing
in his smell of his body as Adam went back to breathing in the smell of
her hair. He moved his nose closer to her head as his fingers went back
stroking her rows of beautiful locks. After each stroke he would kiss
the top of her head and Rachel would shiver. The wet spot he left was
soaked up by the sun before he went back and placed more kisses each time.

Her breathing slowed and her mouth rested on the skin of his shoulder
that her mouth had gently found somewhere under his shirt. Adam’s shoulder
tingled as she moved her lips across his skin. While he was playing
with her hair, one of her hands had somehow migrated to the top of his pants
and rested comfortably in between both of their lower halves.

He stopped stroking her hair when her tongue began to stick out,
tasting the saltiness of his skin. Rachel pulled away and looked at him with
her sunglass covered eyes. “Keep going,” she whinnied again.

“You expect me to keep going when you keep touching me like that?”

She giggled and looked at him. His hand moved over her face to remove
the overly large sunglasses so he could look into her eyes. She squinted
and shook her head back into his shoulder, trying to hide from the sun.

“Come here Rach,” he said, this time massaging her head, the tips of
his fingers running through all of the roots on her entire head.

She pulled away slowly, and looked him in the eyes. He smiled at her
and she rested her head back on the grass beside him. He took his other
hand away from her waist and rubbed her head softly, watching her eyes close
while he did. Her mouth opened a little and she sighed.

The only sound she could fathom was the birds in the background and
Adam’s hands moving on her head. But the more he massaged, the less she head
chirping. Her breathing was covered by Adam’s face which was leaning
over her, taking in her warm breath.

Her lips stuck out the more gentle his touch became. The eyelashes
that fluttered once before to shield the sun were now completely rested on
her red cheeks. Even her tiny nose seemed to relax. The more Adam stared
at her, the more he wanted to kiss her. He slowly closed the small gap
between their mouths and in the most lethargic way possible, kissed her
puffed out lips. Rachel didn’t really respond that quickly, so Adam
tried kissing her harder. When his tongue moved slightly moved into her
mouth, she finally did react.

Rachel felt like she was on drugs. Like most times with Adam, her body
responded differently to each thing they did. This was definitely an
overdose of feelings. As he kept massaging her scalp and kissing her
lips in the most doting way possible, it made it harder for Rachel to think.
The softness of his lips and hands were too much to focus on at one
time, so she tried thinking of just his hands. When she did that, her lips
failed to move, so she shook herself and kissed him. That was it. She
realized the harder she kissed him, the better it felt. And Adam never
failed to stop his hands. Except this time, he did a combination of
running his hands through her hair and rubbing her head.

She moaned uncontrollably until both she and Adam needed air.

With her eyes still closed, she smiled at him. Adam looked at her and
kissed the top of her forehead, tasting the warmth of the sun.

When he pulled away from her head, she opened her eyes and looked at
him.

“The sun makes me sleepy,” he said trying to imitate her in his high
pitched voice.

She laughed from her chest and wrapped her arms around his back,
pulling him on top of her and hugging him tightly.
