Peaceful Night

One peaceful night the angel's came.
To carry Dad up to Heaven's domain..
He lives in Heaven with his loving wife.
They're happy forever in an eternal life.

My loving parents I'm honored to know.
Look down on a son who is here below.
Two daughters and son are with them.
Up in Heaven to never leave them again.

Seven children are left to take that flight.
To be with Mom and Dad day and night.
They watch their children who live below.
Wait for the day God's calls them home.

My Mom and Dad were country people.
Raised by God under the church steple.
Who raised their family the Christian way.
Worship God, always go to Him to pray.
