Everything I am,
and everything I do.
It never seemed to be,

It's not like I haven't tried,
to hold all my mistakes inside,

I am so tired of trying to be,
someone you want me to be,
but you don't understand.

So everytime I see you I put on a fake smile,
and act like I am someone else.

But I wonder,
if I tried to be myself,

Would you accept that side of me?
